Message	their service you sign up and then send a paypal payment into your OK!Shon account. The amount of US dollars in your account determines how much you are allowed to bid. For example, if you have $200 in your account you are allowed to bid up to 115,000.00 Yen which is currently $1074 at OK!Shon's exchange rate. I forget how the ratio works but basically the more US dollars you have in your account the more you are allowed to bid even if the actual dollar amount that you bid isn't in your account yet.
